YourNetPlus operates and maintains a complete registration, billing, and admin system to manage all amounts due from subscribers. YourNetPlus will work with our clients to establish the billing program parameters, policies and content.

Radius

YourNetPlus service can include the ability for the customer to authenticate dial-up users via their own RADIUS server(s). This service, called "Proxy RADIUS," Proxy radius allows you to maintain your own RADIUS server(s) on your network, and the YourNetPlus RADIUS Servers will seek authentication requests from such server(s). This service by passes Account Management system altogether, or you can let us do it for you.

E-COMMERCE

You might receive orders via e-mail in which case you can manually key-in your transactions into a terminal or software. You might create a script on your website that compiles a file on your website host server which you can then import into your software program. You may automate your Internet transactions online real-time via an Internet gateway (whereby your customer's transactions are forwarded through instantly while they are still visiting your website). You may also process transactions through a virtual terminal accessible through the Internet at this gateway's management area by logging with your username and password.

A variety of options are available (i.e. FirstPay.net, Cyber cash or Authorize.Net.) When you integrate your website to pass through information to the gateway, you create an automated environment where your website connects to another server that hosts a software which emulates a terminal to confirm the funds are available and responds back to the website of an approval or decline (while the customer is still on your site.) You may then take a further course of action: If approved, you may confirm shipment will take place, or allow instant access to the information or files they are buying. While most gateway approved transactions respond with an automated email confirmation to both the customer and merchant, you may also automate additional e-mail responses to our radius to create a completely hands-off environment. If the card is declined, you can provide a message such as prompting the customer to use another card.
